Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for at least 2 hours, then drained)
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach (or ½ cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup plant-based milk (more if needed for creaminess)
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for a bit of heat’
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
